A game that lets you experience levitation
Levitation Simulator, as the name suggests, is a game that allows the player to experience levitation — albeit in a virtual sense through the computer screen — by controlling the on-screen character in a way that the game will not explain. Discovering how to levitate is part of the challenge.
Due to the unusual nature of this game, it is not easy to find comparable games. In a broad sense, it is similar to games like Gas Station Simulator and Car Mechanic Simulator 2018 since the game enables the player to simulate a very specific thing. Still, there is nothing mundane and ordinary about levitation.
Learn to levitate
Levitation Simulator presents the player with an unnamed man sitting in a meditation pose and not much else. From there, the player must figure out how to levitate using various keys on the keyboard. Certain keys will control certain aspects of the levitation process, though the game will not disclose which.
Explore the world
Once the player figures out how to levitate, they can then leave the confines of the room that their meditating man is sitting in and visit other parts of the world by floating through the clouds. However, the player will need to beware of any objects they encounter, as even a small collision can have a significant impact on the levitation process.
A short and unusual experience
Levitation Simulator is certainly not a typical game and could be called more of an experience than a traditional game. Still, there it is certainly challenging to keep the meditating man in a state of levitation. Easily frustrated players may want to steer clear, however.
